FWIP: Music Videos for Life
FWIP THE STUDIO is ready to hatch. Doing a quick check around the room at the nodding heads, we all look ready to go. A music video for the heavy pop-rockers called STRFKR.
In preparation for our STRFKR music video “Bury Us Alive”, FWIP THE STUDIO is the following individual.
Josh Cox: A budding director with a long history of CG and World Class Design stockpiled in his lovely brain. Having direct exposure to all facets of film and animation. His ability to create beautiful and stunning imagery inspires us all.
Jayme Hansen: Costume Designer, currently cranking out diverse doses of production design to several other music videos: Menomena, Foo Fighters, Holocombe Waller. Damn girl.
Brian Danielson: Red-hot slew of talent man. But beyond having severe proficiencies in all ends of production, being it animator, designer, problem solver, he is classically trained in being really fucking funny.
Bryce Fortner: Stepping up to the Director of Photography role. We are lucky enough to catch him before he gets busy with a second round of directing the Photography for the Portlandia series on IFC. Bryce has worked recently on Modest Mouse's Opus called Whale Song.
Evan Stewart: The Production of music videos is all that really matter. Music in film comes in at a close second place. I want a place to exist where any worthy song gets a good video. Where visions can come to reality, which in turn will create more visions.
YuChia Kao: Our Fashion Seamstress and Costume Designer Assistant from the beautiful Taipei, Taiwan.
We, and other future artists, are FWIP. We would like to present to you STRFKR’s "Bury Us Alive" off their new solid LP "Reptiles" put out by the good folks at Polyvinyl.
Along with Polyvinyl, we are asking for your support to raise $2000.00 for this. All funds that exceed our goal will be directly responsible for FWIP's development and forthcoming projects.
